This report is a continuation of our Customer Loyalty and Switching series. In 2025, we focus on real-time PCR (qPCR) reagents (research use only, not IVD labeled). This report examines metrics for loyalty and switching, including familiarity with suppliers, purchase consideration, likelihood to purchase and repurchase, net promoter score, as well as feelings of trust, want, love, and loyalty towards qPCR reagent suppliers, and the likelihood and frequency of switching suppliers. It also examines what factors drive loyalty and switching and looks at any potential links of loyalty to suppliers’ product portfolio, pricing, and advantages of using the same supplier for both instrument and reagent.
